 Sathero Meters has released a new model of economical combo meter that is more advanced and out paces other available meters.

Sathero SH-810HD

This newest meter supports DVB S and S2 and opitonally T/T2 making it a very unique meter.

Some of the other features include:

  • Supports QPSK, 8PSK, 16APSK, 32APSK
  • Supports QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM, 256QAM
  • Compatible with DVB-S, DVB-S2, CBS MPEG-4 and ABS-S Signal
  • HD CCTV Camera input (Optional)
  • Unicable compatible

 DVB-S2 has made older meters obsolete. While there are some DVB-S channels available, each month there are less and eventually there will be none making the older meters unusable.

If you want to follow the increase in DVB-S2 or decrease in DVB-S you can get a free monthly list of available transponders in both DVB-S2 and DVB-S. This free list is great for installers and enthusiast alike.
