Can the SH-110HD terrestrial meter work for me?

Terrestrial Signal Finder SH-110HD  SH-110HD is probably the best known terrestrial signal meter available. It just works well. However, it does not work everywhere. SH-110HD is a DVB-T/T2 meter.
